My arms are looking ok but my pecs are looking a bit on the small/flabby side, anyway i can target them more?

barbell and dumbbell bench press
incline barbell and dumbbell bench press
pec flys
wide grip push ups (wider grip focuses on your pecs more)

Push up bars isolate the chest. Dips work them very well and if you want to add mass then get a dipping belt. It will give you more functional strenght than other types of weight lifting. Sport specific stuff with medicine balls is good. I just use push up bars, dips with no weights, perfect push ups & knuckle push ups because I box.
