This is the one thing that I really dislike about myself... So I need some help....

Try not eating the last thing you would eat for the day. Doing something as simple as that can cut enough calories to allow for a steady weight drop without the starving feeling(As long as your not eating completely out of control). Perhaps try swimming for a workout, it burns plenty of calories and gives you a soild workout without punishing your joints.
