This is the one thing that I really dislike about myself... So I need some help....

  • This is the one thing that I really dislike about myself... So I need some help....

    See I am 6'3 225-230...... Up until 4 years ago my walking around weight was at 185-190.....

    But I was active and was boxing to keep myself in shape......

    But I work so much and I am so worn out when I get home... I have paid for 6 months at 24 Hour Fitness and havent gone once.... I drive all around Houston doing repairs and cleaning, building, and do other maintenance on swimming pools....

    I gained barely any weight in my face.... an no where else on my body, except for my stomach area......

    You have seen my pics.. I am not fat, but I have a little belly popping out..... I hate it.... I have big arms, big shoulders, a long lean body, thick chest.... and then a bit of a belly.......

    I want to specifically lose my gut...... I dont want to lose my mass.... I dont want to be skinny... I want to have mass, but with out my gut.... Any ideas??

    I know boxing and working out would help alot, but like I said I have limited time because I work over 50 hours a week......

    So what can I do to specifically target my stomach/gut area and still keep my mass????

      This is me with Jacoby Jones of the Texans..... I dont really need to lose weight... Just my gut..

        Here is a bad pic on the water...... But you can see my gut a little bit

            do you drink beer? that could be the reason for excess fat on the gut...

            if you are naturally thick though, lose the weight and your arms should have some mass to them still.

            just be glad you don't get the double chin like some people. I know some ids who gain all the weight in the face and belly only and have skinny arms.

              if you want to loose that gut, you have to loose weight.

                Try the velocity diet. Google it. It should work.

                    I did.... Sounds good on some points... but the whole protien shake all day every day.... and only one solid meal a week seems a bit over board...

                    Soound goo to do a Protein shake for breakfast, and lunch... and a scaled down healthier dinner.....
