Actually my trainer doesnt call it sparring he calls it studying

Im the one with the blue headgear and gloves and blackshirt

My opponent is my trainer/coach and he is a former boxer so He goes a little easy on me

Here guys please give me some constructive comments and tell me what to do to improve. My stamine is not good yet thats why I dont tend to throw lots of punches. That was a 3 minute round however the one who took the video didnt get to video all of it

Just like someone said, the video is grainy and tough to get a good look at you. Also, it's also tough to get a good gauge when you're watching someone with much more experienced against someone who is quite inexperienced.

I boxed for 5 years straight and competed at the same time, but would look like a fool boxing an experienced pro. What usually happens when there's a huge difference in skill is that the less-skilled opponent ends up being gun shy, they end up not showing what they really have because they're overwhelmed, even if the pro is just taking it easy, they show too much respect right off the bat.

I suggest sparring someone on your level or slightly better so we can better gauge your skill level.

Yes my coach told me that I shouldnt get discouraged cause its really hard to keep up with him but he told me that when I spar with one of his students I will find it easier than sparring with him

He's right, that's why you don't wanna spar with guys that are much better than you all the time, because when you get "schooled" alot of times, it starts to mess with your confidence. Once in awhile is fine, but more often you should spar someone on your level or slightly above you. And to reward yourself from time to time, pick on someone below your level, just to show off(hehe)

By the way, you spar at Elorde, is that the one in Paranaque(is it the only location). My cousin and I would train at Elorde back in the late 90's, I heard they fixed it up since then and it's much nicer. I wanted to check it out when I was there on vacation a few months ago, but, just didn't have the time.

Yeah I was just too tired at that point plus I made a mistake because I was too far from him so I had to reach out. thanks for pointing that out.

Not bad man, you have to work on the handspeed though. Like someone else said, snap those punches out. Use handweights and shadowbox with them to improve the handspeed.
