Thats crazy. I never tried an all protein shake diet. How did you survive it? Protein shakes aren't the best tasting things in the world.

Dont reccomend it. Your bodys ability to break down solids is a necessary.

get ready for some stanky diarhea as well.

i tried an all muscle milk diet to tone up for a trip to Vegas. All I had were the 8oz ready to go Muscle Milks, and maybe a banana with each one. Maybe about 4 per day, 1 before and after Id hit the gym.

I did it for about 4 or 5 days, lost weight, toned nice, but I was hungry as **** on the trip. The hunger pain actually kinda hurt, I think it was the lack of food from hitting the gym hard. I almost gained all of it back from the buffets, but not immediately. All the drinking didnt help either. You have to remember, an extreme diet like this, you'll likely gain everything back in a short period of time. It's best to slowly lose weight, in moderation.

That's a bull**** diet fad, and is a short term fix for people who ar not in it for the long haul. You mentioned you went to gym and boxed then lifted weights. Are ytou simply corss training or do you compete? I think it would cause problems in terms of energy in the ring if you competed. Never heard of it being donw by any eltie fighters. They only ever use protein shakes for what they are: supplements!

If it was meant to be nromal, diet shake plans (some are even only 2 shakes a day plus one meal) wouldn't be so horribly rejected by the body

Well said. Fad diets tend to make the person go to the other extreme after because they develop the habit of believing food is scarce and so does their body. A study done by academics even revealed that after a diet, when people went back to eating normal food they would hoard, overeat and even steal food to make up for the loss! Just get a good healthy eating plan rather than some extreme bull**** gimmick
