yup im really having fun but it's really fuuucking hard to do cardio. i just get bored easily when running. my body wants it bad but my mind is saying "fuuuck cardio come on let's lift weights now" it's the challenge i get all the time. plus i can't resist drinking beer when there's a party
Who says running is the only cardio-workout there is.
The reason some people burnout from working out in general is because they do the same thing over and over or simply workout too d*mn much, like I said earlier, don't let it consume you.
If you're not gonna cardio, you're gonna have to diet harder, pick your poison.

well this is my routine when i get to the gym
10-15 min stretch
crunches, upper & lower ab workout
plank
2 min walk, 4.5 min incline, 9.5 min run, 3.5 walk, 2 min cool down
chest(mon) back & shoulders (tues) abs & legs (thurs) arms(fri)
15 min sauna
