I second that. It's all about consistency! Keep workin' out and eating right. That's all there is to it. Just remember, it's easier to get fat again!

yup im really having fun but it's really fuuucking hard to do cardio. i just get bored easily when running. my body wants it bad but my mind is saying "fuuuck cardio come on let's lift weights now" it's the challenge i get all the time. plus i can't resist drinking beer when there's a party
