      im not sure if u box, but boxing simply shreds the mid-section like no other...

      couple that with simple ab exercises like situps/crunches, leg raises and bicycles, along with a somewhat sensible diet and you should be good in a little while.

      genetics really determines that vertical cut line in the middle of your stomach though, imo.
