prob have to diet a lil.
Loss the pot belly then do around 250 situps a day for a few weeks and you will notice the difference
its really 3 things where abs come from. genetics, diet, and exercise. everyone has abs and it can show but majority need a low % of body fat for that to happen. After you achieve around 12% or less body fat and they still arent showing up well either try to lower your bf% to the single digit realm and start doing situps, leglifts, decline situps, weighted decline situps. once your body fat is in place then getting them to grow is the easy part in my opinion.
