Am I the only one that cant fit their hands into IMF gloves unless I'm using those kid-sized handwraps? I have TINY hands too.

Anyway, I do have KOfightgeat gloves. They are just like all the other Kickboxing style gloves with a short cuff. Wrist support is not great but gets better once the glove is worn in. Not terrible but not great. They are hard hitting though and fit over my gel gloves so I'm mainly using them now. I bet they are not much worse than twins or windy gloves. I like long cuff gloves but it looks like if I want a decent hard hitting mexican style glove I will need to shell out 100+ dollars so I'm sticking with the kick-boxing style gloves.

they are extremely bulky and you cant feel anything when you hit it. Also, you cannot use an open-glove defense with them. Amazingly enough they are still rock hard after over a year of using them on the heavy bag(yes I use training gloves on the heavy bag). The only reason you would want gloves this bulky is for safety sparring and you dont even get that! I agree that as far as hand/wrist protection they are VERY good.

arent IMF training gloves not sparring gloves? they do a good job protecting your hands, that's what they're for.

Training gloves are sparring gloves. Yes, its true that they do a great job protecting hands. I am just saying that if you value other things then you might not like them. Obviously there is a trade-off.

yea ive seen pictures they dont look bulky at all.

and the foam has been described by everyone as "pillow like" so idk what your talking about.

Pork- Idk what happend there but people at my gym have had there winnings for alittle over a year and they are still fine. If you watch 24/7 pacquiao has been usin the same white and green winnings for a while. So dont beleive that they dont last long because of that one case.

pillow like on the inside, not the outside.

YOu don't know have to be a highly skilled/ultra talented fighter.

The US president of Winning told me they're meant for the serious fighter. Meaning, those fighters who really put in alot of work ie amateurs that compete/pro fighters, then it really benefits them, because they put their hands and wrists through alot of abuse, but if you're just boxing to get some excercise then other brands will suffice.

So, if you ain't throwing 1,000 punches per gym session, then other brands are okay.
