Need Help/Advice on losing weight

    lol at take ephedrine. I have a simple answer to this question. DON"T eat less and exercise more. That would be what most people would say, and it's ******ed. If you're going to exercise, you're going to need MORE fuel. You might not lose weight but you'll get in better shape. If you work out and diet you'll just **** yourself up.

    also, if you don't know what you're doing, this is probably impossible. Learning how to eat right and exercise right takes time and work.

    On the flip side, if you DO already know what you're doing, which you don't sound like you do, then it's actually feasible. 2 weeks is a long time if you know how to jump into an intense workout.

      FYI if your wondering why your drinking lots of water in order to lose extra water weight your body constantly thinks its going to run out of water so on average you have a few quarts - a gallon of water in your body that you have no need for unless you start to dehydrate if you keep giving your body water it wont store that extra water and you will lose 4-8 lbs relatively quickly though once you stop drinking water regularly you'll gain the water weight back

        realistically a healthy amount of weight to lose wight diet and exercise a week is 2-5lbs. losing anymore can cuase problems with your body because it sorta gets shocked somewhat with weight loss but it all depends on how you feel. if your doing everything right: running, lifting, drinking lots of water, and eating right and you happen to lose more then 5lbs in a week then kudos to that. everyones bodies tends to fluctuate in a 5-10lb range due to water so that could also be what you lose dramatically in a week of clean living.

          well marvin hagler said he use to cut his hair a couple of days b4 the weigh in and the weight flew off him.
