lol at take ephedrine. I have a simple answer to this question. DON"T eat less and exercise more. That would be what most people would say, and it's ******ed. If you're going to exercise, you're going to need MORE fuel. You might not lose weight but you'll get in better shape. If you work out and diet you'll just **** yourself up.
also, if you don't know what you're doing, this is probably impossible. Learning how to eat right and exercise right takes time and work.
On the flip side, if you DO already know what you're doing, which you don't sound like you do, then it's actually feasible. 2 weeks is a long time if you know how to jump into an intense workout.
