    Need Help/Advice on losing weight

    Hi guys, i need some help losing some weight, long story short I have 15 days before I am seeing an old flame, I really need to get back in shape for obvious reasons! I am 6 foot 1 1/2 and I walk around at about 183lbs in shape, however for the last few months i have been lazy, not working out and not eating decent food, i have junk food every day. I now weigh 202lbs and am pretty untoned.

    How much weight is it realistic for me to lose in 15 days? and what weight loss tips do you guys have

        Run a good 3-4 miles everyday, then when you get home from your run, do pushups, situps etc straight away.
        Diet right, cut out all the fats and carbs, and dont forget to drink shed loads of water, 6-7 litres a day.
        You'll shed the weight in no time.

        But dude dont push yourself ******ly hard just to get in shape for a girl, thats just ******.

          When trying to lose weight in a short amount of time, you may starve yourself. DON'T DO IT. It's not how many calories you put into your body, its where you're getting them from. Always keep yourself hydrated and give your body the nutrients it needs.

          You're gonna need to get some serious cardio going if you wanna lose a huge amount of weight in just 2 weeks. I would try everything from full body cardio workouts, to high intensity interval training, to distance running.

            definitely drink lots of water like when your hungry when you thirsty when your bored when your tired when you wake up before bed are all opportune times to drink a pint of water drinking 16 ounces of water within the first hour of waking up will help you burn more calories through out the day

              The easiest way to lose weight fast is to lose excess water weight.You have to drink lots of water (1 litre per 10 kg bodyweight) and cut back on your salt (natrium makes your body store subcutaneous water) intake.Maybe you could use a mild diuretic like stinging nettle tea.

                dude dont starve yourself could seriously **** u up i would say realistically 5-6 pounds lots of running get real sweats going. trust me i'm on a weight gain program keep the weight u got bro

                  daniel131 is right.Starving will cause breakdown of muscle tissue which means slowing down your metabolism.
                  Manipulating your water household is the fastest way to lose weight and look better.
                  Losing fat is a long term quest.

                    Take ephedrine between May and Septemeber (off-season) and do alot do running
