Hi guys, i need some help losing some weight, long story short I have 15 days before I am seeing an old flame, I really need to get back in shape for obvious reasons! I am 6 foot 1 1/2 and I walk around at about 183lbs in shape, however for the last few months i have been lazy, not working out and not eating decent food, i have junk food every day. I now weigh 202lbs and am pretty untoned.
