      Eat nothing. Go out and run on an empty stomach. Come back and then eat a small meal. Protein shake perferably. It will save your muscle from being turned into energy.

        Wrong. If you workout on an empty stomach you will burn muscle. So have a protein shake before you run.

          me personally i eat fruit before a run like an apple and banana or a some g****s wait 20 minutes and run when i come back i eat some more fruit .. they give u energy and burn naturally in your system

          and im waking up 430 am and running.. i was running before i went to the gym and i was feeling sluggish .. so i started wakin up early and doing it and my trainer said he felt a big difference while i was hitting the pads
