    There is nearly nothing I see right in this. But having seen your earlier vids, and to be completely honest, I must say I do see improvement. There is little question you are somewhat of a different sorta dude, but hey man, you seem determined.

    So I guess I'll just say good luck and keep at it.

      real basic stuff you can work on without a trainer:

      - like someone else said, stop switching stances.
      - focus on staying balanced.
      - just throw straight punches for now. no hooks or uppercuts.

        lol. man u gotta losen up. get proper stance quit being so damn tense and quick. go to a boxing gym. because your just setting yourself up to get knocked out in all seriousness. your only preparing yourself to run into a punch. your balance is all wrong to but your trying which i admire. im not bashing you just telling you. go get an instructor

            stop switching stances. learn how to pivot. stop waiting. twist your feet, i can tell you're not. be more explosive. tuck your chin. step into the jab. stop dropping your hands and cover the temples more. your elbows are too loose.

                  your punches getting shorter and straighter, you really need to work on that footwork and waiste mvement.
