1week it will be ok, try first light controlled sparr then when u good umove to advanced fuillspeed sparr.

****** thread. First of all, nobody can judge how your work is by what you type in a internet forum post. There's no way to know the intensity that you put in each round. It would be better to include video clips of you doing those work outs to show the intensity. And whey the hell are you rotating between mitts, bags, etc. Just stick to one and finish 3-4 good rounds before you move on to the next station. Somebody is actually willing to hold mitts for a newbie like you 3 separate times a session? It must be slow gym. If one puts great intensity into each punch and movement of every round even the pros can get a great workout in 1 hour.
