    I would stick to conventional boxing and forget about the Mayweather shoulder blocking stuff and role.

      === offense ===

      you dont seem to turning your fists, especially noticeable in your jab...your fists are hitting at almost a 45-degree angle to the floor, instead of being parrallel to the floor - thats prolly why you're getting bruised & cut on your pinky & ring fingers...when you turn your fist, you'll be landing with the 2 large knuckles and thats exactly where you should be making contact with on your fist for max power

      your jab isnt getting the reach it should be...the jab should be keeping your opponent at bay...to get the reach (and add power to the jab), step slightly with your left foot pushing from the ball of your right foot, turn your hips some & really whip your torso...when executed that way & your jab is extended, your left shoulder should be touching your left face cheek

      when you're delivering your left uppercuts, you have most of your weight over your front foot - so much so that your right foot is actually leaving the canvas...keep that weight distributed with the same proportions as you do when you're in "your stance"

      i think overall you dont look to bad, its hard to get a really good critique because you're going pretty easy on the padwork...but the fist turning, short & weak jab, and balance issues are the most noticeable things i see offensively

      === defense ===

      defensively, you'd prolly find yourself in a bad situation with how low you're carrying your left. since you're jab isnt going to be doing its job and keeping your opponent out of his striking range, he's going to be close enough to give you a bad shot directly over that left - whether overhand right (which you won't see coming at all) or a straight right

      when you're not in the "clam" & not throwing a combination, you have your hands high & your elbows out...you also stand very squared up...when i see that i'm seeing a wide open target...you look ripe for some body shots with uppercuts right afterward, and a skilled opponent is going to get inside to your body very quickly with how short your jab is

      overall you look good, you have skills. please dont take my comments in a negative way, they're only there to help you with your game. good luck & look forward to seeing more vids!

              this is just a nit picking detail, really a personal preference, but in some moments you were landing on your heel. However every time you were actually moving into or out of punching range you were on the balls of your feet but still, if it were me, i wouldn't make a habit of it at any point.

                  Your trainer is doing it wrong. Since you'll be fighting orthodox fighters most of the time you shold be circling to your right unless you are specifically training for a south paw.

                  And your footwork looks like ****. I looks like your going to trip over your own feet if there is some more rapid movement involved.

                  And try to throw your punches more explosively. The way to get the explosive punches is to keep throwing every single punch in that way.

                      I only watched the first couple of minutes. A few tips:

                      - Bring your left hand back quicker after you jab. You're quite lazy in bringing it back so someone will easily counter your jab with an overhand right.
                      - Your straight right isn't straight enough. It comes out in a curve. Try and bring it straight out and straight back in

                      But you seem to have a solid base to work from. And it looked like a light session so I'm sure you were't giving your all. What's your record?
