
Im tired and the pilate classes dont seem to burn any fat, its like I have a 6 pack after the workout but the day after im back to old self.
I try and go on a diet and most of the time it works out, usually on the diet I have poptarts and strawberry cream dognuts for lunch and dinner but when I crave sugary foods I just kinda give up.
I do pilates twice a month for exercise because my doctor says it enough
I know i may not look like a model but im being honest and seek your advice, i dont want a 6 pack because they are for ******* but i like your help.
I dont want advice from skinny teenagers either
