How do I place the heavy bag?

How high from the ground should a 50lbs and 100 lbs heavy bag be? I'm about 5'11..
And are all of them the same length?

For me, the bottom of the bag should dip just below your waist line, give you some room to practice body shots on people shorter, your height or even a bit taller.
