  • How much do you run?

    I usually try to put in about 5 miles each morning, on heavy days I do only half that though. I'm thinking of replacing certain days with more sprinting instead.

    I know some people run much more than me, so lets hear it;

      let's see here...I do it on speed 7.0 on the treadmill..if that helps. It's to cold right now for me to run outside.

      I'm guessing 35-45 minutes? that's a rough estimate though. so don't go ape **** if it sounds unreasonable.

        at 7mph - 5 miles would take you something like yeah 45.

        i do about 5 miles every other day - on the treadmill - i start off at 7.5, then after 5 mins i take it up to 8.0, then at the 15 min mark i go up to 8.5, at the 25 minute mark i go up to 9.0 then for minute 29 i take it up to like 13 or 14 depending on how sweaty my finger is.

        how long you been running?

            that's pretty intense. Are you taller? i'm only 5'6, me running at 8.5 for 5m would kill me.

            I've been running for about 2 months.

              when we are getting fit again or leading up to a fight i do sprints once a week and longer runs at least twice a week

              this week i ve done 3 runs, all in the mornings, hard runs with occasional bursts of speed, and i might sprint on saturday im probably fighting on the 14th

                it took me well over a year of running to get to that routine brah. i'm 5'10" but that don't got nothing to do with anything.

                what you want to do is just get the right shoes. btw - 5 miles everyday is great, but you'll want to mix in some speed in there for further development; don't over do it though.

                  Yea I wasn't downgrading what you did, that's some intense shiz.

                  i'm using adizeros, they aren't a running shoe, but a trainer shoe like the Nike Free. They are good in the ring and only weight like 6 oz, the lightest shoe I could find.
