LOL, you better be in shape or you'll get hurt doing those posted work outs, try some good old fahion jogging, make a shirt out of a plastic bag, put a jacket on top, jog for 15 to 20 mins a day, do abs afterwards and some lower back work outs, work your way to harder work outs dont rush it, its all a matter of consistency.
