You jump rope like I do. but I have my own weird rythem. I like doing the double unders then jumping side to side and all that fancy stuff. But nice vid bro

im not a fancy jump roper at all i dont do that fancy stuff i just skipp and try to do it fast

I like to get fancy since it breaks up the monotony of jumping rope with the same basic techniques. Since I usually get to the gym a half hour before its officially open (the club owner likes me I guess) I have lots of room to do and try all sorts of things, I can look pretty ****** at times so Im glad theres nobody around. I figure if your constantly trying new things and learning your always improving in some way, even if you have a "well...that was ***** ******" moment you learned something...that what u just did was ****** and dont try it again (or maybe later).

yea ur right, and the different techniques were different muscle groups. if u just do one rhythm, ur body gets to used to it and doesnt build up your endurance and stamina.
