Back in my day we didnt get asthma. Probably so common today because of the pretty boy metro***ual look of today and all that "cologne" and pansie hairspray you youngsters use today.
we just used fresh cow urine as aftershave to heal the cuts, if your were courting a young dame or going to a dance we would just mix it with a few drops port wine or a sprinkling of beef stock and that would do the trick.

I got ashma also. So far hasnt stopped me in boxing too bad. I mean I gotta run more and train harder to keep up, but being motivated has never been a problem.

If you breath consistently during your sparring and fights it helps a lot. Plus anouther main thing is too be very relaxed. When your relaxed you can be explosive and you dont waste as much energy.

Sugar Ray Leonard had asthma himself!

You know what man? F.UCK ASTHMA!

I have had asthma since i was a kid! And you know what? My cardio is better then most ppl in my gym class. To say honestly, it's been over a year, and my asthma has never acted at all. You know why? Tons of cardio Tons of it!

Over here in Canada it snows and its cold as a freezer, i run every morning at 5:30, and i wear a mask to make it heavier to breathe. I've done it for about 2 years, and my asthma is getting better.

don't let asthma bring you down. I might think the Coach doesn't want you to work as hard because of your safety. Just train hard, and remember to keep your puffer with you (trust me i needed it e****elly when the seasons change).

man sugar ray leonard had asthma ? he's one of my hero's and is in my weight class too. I'm better at sports than most of my gym class too well since most of the students are all lazy ****s. But I never had the chance to join sports when I was younger because of financial problems. But now it's the first sport I ever commited to since I got a job now.
My heart is only getting used to the daily exercise.
I live in quebec , you're ****ing crazy though breathing in cold air while exercising scars your lungs and throat up real bad just to let you know.
I don't need a puffer now btw. I used to need it when I was younger but slowly it got better. Although if I push myself way too much I'll get an asthma attack. it's only happened once though but I'll make sure it doesn't happen again

Ya thats probably how i got the sore throat.

I was born in Montreal, real close to that really big ass church, that huge one where all the tourists go to. I think you might know. Anyway Montreal is extremely cold. I moved away from there a while back, in Ontario now.

The french canadians are pretty big on wrestling and boxing.
