    to lose weight effectively...

    first off, u gotta take it week by week..
    second, u gotta watch what u eat in these training weeks.. no junk food at ALL
    third and finally, its pretty simple, ppl whos truggle to drop weight make me laugh... u gota sweat, thats all... the more sweat that drops off of you the more weight u will lose. running, skipping, shadowboxing/bagwork... whatever makes u sweat the most. do it, and keep that sweat drippin for more then half an hour or an hour..

    when i train , i dont get started til im sweaty, and i let the sweat drip for hours b4 i think of stopping... luckily i sweat easily, but its really not that hard to lose weight.

    specially 10 pounds for boxing
