    it has heavy bags, a double end bag, speed bag platforms, an uppercut bag, a jumprope area, a ring, a weight area, stationary bikes, treadmills and some other crap.

    uhh what else.... andre ward trains there every day uhhhh george foreman used to train there in like 92 or 93 and they got like 15 dif trainers there.

            i agree that the "sparring" video is disturbing. Not only are both guys lacking skills, the both hit the other guy right on the head and face without any defensive skills which can hurt them even though with head gear on. this is not good for the reputation of the gym although I wouldnt mind getting my 1st sparring session against a guy like that as he wont be able to hurt me at all but I can look good as I wouldnt have too much of a problem knocking those guys out of the ring...lol

              Yeah sure my training costs me 150 a month for boxing and jiu jitsu.

Walks (and looks) like a horse now but hell she sure knows how to stop bleeding!

                Like all old skool gyms we have a resident ****** called Stains. He cleans for free and specialises in ...you guessed it - stains: blood stains, spit stains, pus stains etc. His talent was discovered when it was first made into a boxing gym, there were come stains everywhere, Old stains who used to work in a chemical factory did some experimenting and invented a perfect stain removal formula. If the chemicals were still legal to use commercially (and he wasnt a ****** - probably from sniffing to many of the chemicals) he would be rich by now.

                    I'm in the men's boxing fitness program. I'm relatively new to boxing but I hope to learn a lot more. They have all kinds of programs.
