uhh what else.... andre ward trains there every day uhhhh george foreman used to train there in like 92 or 93 and they got like 15 dif trainers there.

i found this vid on youtube of my gym.

It is great if you get to train in an atmosphere where there are professional boxers. The top pros usually like to keep everything very serious. That video is another matter. Those are two very unserious people who don't know the first thing about boxing. Not only wouldn't I allow them to spar, the guy with the video should have been thrown out the door. Putting that kind of stuff on Youtube is very bad advertising and will tend to attract the wrong sort of people.

My Gym is the Morris Park Boxing Club in the Bronx, New York. My trainer is Dudley Hart. Boxrec shows he only has one proffesional fight but he claims that he had several pro fights in Canada that must not have been recorded.

The only semi-known pros Im aware of that come around there were Luis Resto, Lou Del Valle, Elvi Muriqi and Frankie "El Gato" Figueroa.

My gym is southside downtown. It used to be a studio for 70s **** films. The mirrors are on the ceiling so we shadowbox lying down. The brown velvet carpet is a bit worn but feels like ring canvas. My coach is Reg ¨ding-dong" Rigney, who´s claim to fame is his handlebar moustache though he claims to have had 68 fights.

We have a Jacuzzi and disco ball, and a 1985 JVC ****** blaster that can only play cassette tapes, good thing we have a stack of tapes that used to be background music to ****.

We have the best cut-man in the business, although its a she not a he. Vaseline Val came with real estate. She also happens to be an ex fluffer (job to keep the **** stars **** hard) on 70s **** stars. Her claim to fame is that she filled in as an a..se f..k model on a John Holmes film when the lead actress passed out from too many upper, downers, poppers and amyl nitrate. Walks (and looks) like a horse now but hell she sure knows how to stop bleeding!

Like all old skool gyms we have a resident ****** called Stains. He cleans for free and specialises in ...you guessed it - stains: blood stains, spit stains, pus stains etc. His talent was discovered when it was first made into a boxing gym, there were come stains everywhere, Old stains who used to work in a chemical factory did some experimenting and invented a perfect stain removal formula. If the chemicals were still legal to use commercially (and he wasnt a ****** - probably from sniffing to many of the chemicals) he would be rich by now.

My trainer is Master Chin Wong Pung who is 165 years old but can still throw people around the room like rag dolls without actually moving himself.

as it says in the Tao Te Ching

Being and non-being create each other.
Difficult and easy support each other.
Long and short define each other.
High and low depend on each other.
Before and after follow each other.

                      Therefore the Master
                      acts without doing anything
                      and teaches without saying anything
                      ...

My gym is in a hidden location on the sides of mystical mountain. Most of the training is no training, it sound like a contradiction, and it is, such is the way of the way with no way.

It is a simple gym, with no ring the only modern equipment is the colored vinyl tape we put on the floor in the shape of a ying yang symbol we use to practice footwork on.
