Since then I lost my third fight by unanimous decision.

I lost because I gassed (I won the first round, got tired and lost the last two). It was the nerves/adrenaline and trying to KO him with every punch that did it, not because I was out of shape/have poor cardio.

Had my fourth fight on this past saturday, and I really made an effort to be more relaxed and not load up every shot. This was especially important because with the new year, fights changed to 3x3 minute rounds instead of 3x2. I controlled the entire fight save for a few times where he backed me up with a flurry of non scoring punches. Won a unanimous decision.

Got my first tournament coming up in early february, now my main focus is on losing weight for it.

no vids yet? guess i'll set this thing off. unfortunately, we begin on a sour note. i took the bernard hopkins route and lost my first fight, but i felt like i won. i fought at Gleason's on January 10th.

it was a close fight, with my opponent basically securing the win in the last 15 seconds with a clean combo. i busted his face up nicely though. s'all good. i'll be back... here's the vid:

get a friend to record it with your camera or theirs. that is one way. this footie actually came from gleasons though. they record the shows there for each team on dvd. we got all of our guys' fights. i took the dvd and imported it to mpeg-4 with vlc media player and then cut it with imovie hd and uploaded it to youtube...
