Nah, not even 50. Running at the speed mentioned is full sprint for a man as big as Haye. That'll be overtraining x 10

I call troll on the op.

Obviously the OP is either a fat lard bastard or a flat footed herb who has no idea what a full sprint 100m run is.

It would consist of sprinting 100metres 100times , each time under 15 seconds and with a 30second recovery . Booth monitored Haye's heartrate throughout and after 80 sprints saw the boxers pulse registering 167bpm . This wasn't high enough ,so Booth reduced Haye's recovery to 15 seconds for the last 20 sprints . Haye completed them ,the last in 13.5 seconds . In total Haye effectively sprinted 10km , though with a total of 30 minutes rest , but it's still an incredible feat of athleticism and surely proves the world cruiserweight champion doesn't have a stamina problem as some have feared .
ok, thats got to be an exaggeration. how the *** could a human being still be alive after doing that? I do a lot of cardio but I don't think I could ever come close to completing this workout.

I wonder if he's getting Forrest Gump and Carl Lewis in for sparring for the Wlad fight like Hatton said he was doing against Floyd , just joking

I really don't think it's true. In fact, I'm pretty certain it isn't.

I would struggle to do that 10 times . 10 times would probably be very intense . But if I put myself in an elite boxers lifestyle with that kind of money i don't know how many times . If you want a challenge try it . What about 1000 burpees , 10 burpees as fast as you can 30 sec rest 100 times .Burpees are probably the best bodyweight exercise you can get for conditioning . This is a good book for conditioning ,

Interesting. I've got never gymless, that's got some good conditioning drills in it.

The thing is, I would maybe believe it David Haye had some insane level fitness. But the guy gets gassed man.
