your right dude, just try your best, follow a diet, do lots of cardio, dont do weights for now cos remember muscle weighs more then fat, if you have muscle from when you use to lift it will come of in time with more training. But the best tip i can give you for weight loss is eat less. When i wanna lose weight i cut out dinner all together and try not to eat after about 4pm. It works for me.
