do what i said above and you will lose weight. If you still dont lose weight eat smaller main meals. the less you eat the more weight you will lose, the less you eat the smaller your appetite will be.
thanks for actually giving me advice instead of calling me a liar about my weight.

The funny thing is you are still wrong.

It is "losing weight" or "weight loss".

this being the case...you are going to be losing muscle, and in this short of a time frame...I think it is a bad idea. You will feel the drain and be up against faster opponents. I'd try to hang where you are at then. That's basically 1 &1/2 months and that is a lot of muscle to lose...anything below 5% bodyfat is unhealthy.

Surely if you are that heavy at that weight and you have such a low body fat % you must be actively attempting to maintain/bulk up on your muscle mass. Just quit doing whatever you are doing in that respect and you should be able to drop some size.

same way you lose fat. Only difference is...if you don't have the fat reserves..your system is going to eat into muscle when catabolic and after workouts.

Make sure to run alot, as in jogging (before breakfast is the best time) for loss instead of sprints. Avoid lifting...but if you must do weight training, high rep, low weights. Better off with plyro. I am guessing heavy lifting got you muscular?

You seem to have an understanding of your dietary needs, but I would get it as specific as possible (what you eat/drink exactly every day)...avoiding the carbs, but still enough pre training and to meet your basic needs. the high protein is smart...but this is a broad area and really requires alot of investigation and planning. Losing can be dangerous business if not done properly...avoid things or people suggesting things like dehydrating and so on.

In short, it is going to take longer to get rid of the muscle...as it is harder to do, and more dangerous for injuries and muscle straining etc. Plus the consequences of drain much higher.
