im getting ready for my first amateur competition, and i am in shape and cut and everything. but i weigh way to much for a person of my height (5'7). im 178 right now. my coach says im just heavy set for a person of my height. i was wondering if any of you knew any weight lossing tips to help me out.

how can you be in shape and cut if youe 5'7 and weight 178 pounds im 6'3 im not in shape i have a bit of fat on belly and i weight the 173-178lbs to i pretty much weight the same as you but im 6'3
are you havey because you have a load of muscle or do you really have fat ?

eat a big breakfast, oats or something like that
have a fair size lunch, something high in protein
have a small dinner
dont eat after 7.30pm
inbetween main meals have a serving of fruit
train hard
run
do what i said above and you will lose weight. If you still dont lose weight eat smaller main meals. the less you eat the more weight you will lose, the less you eat the smaller your appetite will be.
