  • lossing weight?

im getting ready for my first amateur competition, and i am in shape and cut and everything. but i weigh way to much for a person of my height (5'7). im 178 right now. my coach says im just heavy set for a person of my height. i was wondering if any of you knew any weight lossing tips to help me out.

eat a big breakfast, oats or something like that
have a fair size lunch, something high in protein
        have a small dinner
        dont eat after 7.30pm
inbetween main meals have a serving of fruit
        train hard
        run

do what i said above and you will lose weight. If you still dont lose weight eat smaller main meals. the less you eat the more weight you will lose, the less you eat the smaller your appetite will be.

i have a 6 pack its not a toned six pack, but its still a six pack. the main reason i think i weigh so much for my height is cause i use to do wrestling, and lift alot of heavyweights. i have quit doing all of that but i havent really gotten any smaller.
