He should try to imagine he is slipping a real punch when doing head movement. Not swinging side to side that looks like a homey try-hard kid trying to walk with a rapper/gansta sway. That just wouldnt work in a boxing match.

Ya got potential tho, keep at it
Some people take things way to literal. I was never saying his head movement is top notch. The kid is a new fighter, and is moving his head around. Most new fighters keep their head still and have tons of other issues. Getting in the habbit of keeping your head moving is not a bad thing.

To say I know nothing about boxing is absurd. I know more then most of the people on these forums. I have been boxing over 16 years, fought on the national level, and been trained and sparred with former world champions. Unlike most people on this forum, I have experience and don't talk and give advice from books that I've read or video's I've seen.

    Thank you, try again.

No, his head movement along with alot of other things of course needs improvement. However, he IS moving his head which you don't see many new fighters do much of. Getting in that habbit is very good. Once he gets more involved with training and more experience, he'll know how to work on it and critique it. As I also said in the post I gave suggestions on how to move his head, rather then just back and forth and being predictable.

your footwork+punches dont really look fluid. try and step into your punches to get more power atleast thats where i get most of my power from.

For example, at 0:15 you throw a couple of arm punches, no step coming with it.
