Footwork sluggish, kind of plodding and predictable - practice light, dynamic movement to be able to move in and out, side to side when needed - fast.
knuckles not turning over with punches
right hand kept under your nose - should be a bit further back to the side (to defend from hooks)
practice some bodyshots - straights, hooks and uppercuts.
Your head movement is also predictable and looks a bit whack going side to side in a rhythmic fashion (no offence but reminds me a bit of those ******s that need to swing back and forth all the time lol)
Correct the above and you will be much better, have you had any fights?
I have had no fights I've just been sparring in the gym. Well the footwork is sluggish no doubt because I'm shadowing on some terrible mats. I just got a ring in my gym so the footwork is on point. I've corrected the knuckles not turning over on the punches thanks for the input!
turn your back foot on your right hand, that punch should start in your foot. make sure your hip is pulling your left hook through, twist with it don't make it an arm punch.
Too slow on your feet, get onto your toes. Hook has no power you need to move into it. Right hand is too predictable and you need to move into it more for more power. Also that constant head movement can be timed easily.
