How did the old-timers train?

they watched tera patrick movies like i do daily.

they did hours on the treadmill,hours on the stepping machine, hours on the rowing maching.. to top it off, they used the punch bag that calculated how many punches are being thrown a round.

okay, im going to reply sensibly.

they did the usual speedbag,sparring,punchbag etc...roadwork, groundwork, they used to do a thing called logging, they used to do another thing called mountineering, lots of things really.
