Yeah that's the key, just diet and some good healthy exercise as much as you can.

Might take a little longer because you're enjoying yourself but like you said its not your main goal ...

Don't get me wrong these guys can give some good advice on how to do it quicker and more strictly just don't mention the booze and cigs or they go insane

Stopping smoking is down to will power .I stopped seven years ago.I had to stop drinking as well, because every time I would last till the weekend and then start again.I tried everything to stop and couldn't .I ended up stopping through will power, no patches gum or anything .I found the hardest part the first few days.I choked for a smoke all morning ,especially after breakfast and lunch. After about two weeks all cravings were gone.If you can last the first fornight you have a will to stop and it would be ****** to start again after that because the hardest part is over ,just be carefull when drinking. The bad cravings should defintley go away in the space of 2weeks.When you go for it do it at a time when you are not going to drink for over two weeks .The longer the better.

It's mostly the alt haha, if he followed his own advice he'd be superman right now. Anyways you've got some good advice here and you know what's right. It probably will be slightly easier since you've been lifting because you have put on muscle not all fat. Good luck with you goals man.

I dont buy the "I only smoke 2 cigs a week/at parties/rare occasions but I can give up when I want to". The fact you feel the need to smoke at all means you got the nicotine bug even if you smoke only 2 you are still a smoker and that can easily escalate and then quitting is really hard. So my advice dont smoke at all, drinking isnt that bad for most people. I have given up both for close to 6 months now.

People who think you need drink to get fanny usually end up with the most ugliest ones. They seem to be content with that **** too! I realise people who think you need to drink or smoke to socialise or have to conform to other lifestyles are sheep.

Anyone who goes out drinking more than once a month can't be serious about training. If you want to enjoy the bum lifestyle and pretend to train on the side then go ahead. Don't tell us about it! Stuff like that needs to go in the lounge.
