  • Drinking And Smoking

Ok guys so i was 160 feb 08 now on october im 190 at 6ft..I've been lifting hard and running just a bit to not lose crazy stamina. I also eat what i want so alot of ****ty food. I'm moving back home in january, i will quit smoking and drink rarely like 3 times a month lightly. My stomach isnt big but not cut up because of what i eat. When i move back i will also eat right. My question is guys because of all the lifting and working out, will it be easier to get cut and have a flat stomach because of all the lifting i have done. I will do alot of boxing and lifting to get in shape. Or would of it been the same without me working out all this time and then just starting fresh on january even tough my arms and chest are alot bigger now..I'm guessing it is better that i have been lifting right now and just working into shape to maybe get down to 180-185

p.s. i want to enjoy living on my own for the next 2 months drinking watching sports

Smoking is a sign of a weak ming. And all that bull**** about nicotine addiction and patches is bollocks: withdrawal symptoms are the one reason why smokers enjoy the relief of nicotine!

I use to chain smoke and quit on a whim. the next day i thought why the **** did I bother with cigs in first place. Regular drinking is for bums and weak minds too. Sheep feel the need to have to drink when others are. Once a month is the limit. People who succumb to these vices end up getting nowhere even if they were good. that's the difference between a bum and a dedicated athlete.

Well, if you're a hip hop producer and not a boxer, go to a hip hop forum and get your advice.

Yeah if you want info for bums, then go to get advice there! Even just for general fitness, it is best to cut the drink and smokes. Even just for general health! It's kinda common sense. This a boxing training forum and for boxing, drinking and smoking is a mugs game.

You guys need to pull your heads out your ****ing rear end, This is called the training and nutrition forum and he wants some advice on that, Not a ****ing life lecture and how to be the champion of the world (which by the way, none of you are even close too) chill the **** out.

Ignore half the ****s in here, most of them need to follow their own advice anyways ...

If i was you id just pick up the running, enjoy what you enjoy in life but do try to cut out some fatty foods and replace them with some good healthy protein rich foods.

Running is the key, if you play hard and want to get fit ... you have to work harder than you play.
