MMA bums like to stand in one place.

That is why they get kicked in the head so easily.

From the sound of it theres nothing you can really do except keep skipping rope, like I said just tense your abs, jump low and on your toes, empty stomach and do it on a mat or something softer than concrete. Those are the only things I can think of that would help. I personally havent had a problem with stitches for a long time and its probably simply because I forced myself to work through the stitches and my body got used to it or something. Just work at it hard and you'll improve.

You dumb prick. Did you even read the guys post? He said he's just gotten back into training. If anyone takes a long break from training and then tries to do what they used to do, they will get things like cramp, stitches etc etc.

Just work it back up slowly. That's literally all there is to it. Start out like you were beginning again and it will all come back very quickly. Stitches is just a case of being out of shape. Once you get into it again it will all be good.

Doesn't matter whether it's boxing, MMA, general fitness. Don't be an ass Vastine. Either help or shut up.
