    Aslo, I skimmed past something about limiting protein intake. There is no need to do such a thing because even if your body can only absorb so much, the excess will do you no harm and will help you feel full. Trust me, nobody ever died from having a bit too much protein!!
    my thoughts exactly. also, i'd look up mass training exercises for the gym since there's quite a bit of a difference. also for gaining weight, you have to cut down your cardio until you reach your goal. i had to mass train for a bit and that's what i was advised.
