After tonight its been about 2 and a half weeks. My trainer has been having us do a lot of weight lifting drills. Not maxing out or anything like that just a lot of reps and a lot of sets doing different drills. Then when we are done we do all are other drills for boxing.
First i got sore as hell i couldnt believe it the whole first week. I didnt like it my arms and legs felt sore and heavy. Then i started healing up and im not getting sore anymore. Now i feel like a monster lol. My body feels so much stronger all together. My arms have gotten bigger i think but i havent gained any weight at all. My speed feels the same. I feel the same all over but i just feel so strong.
