How do I lose 8 stones and get rid of ***** ****?

    Well I can assure you I'm not taking the piss. I've been working hard the last week, here's my workout:

    5 sit ups
    2 sets of walking for 1 minute
    stretching

    Can't wait till my first fight, I'm looking to get to light heavyweight class

        It sounds like you might be over doing it... don't do so many sit ups you might pull something!! And as for walking for 1 minute..... thats just ludacris!!!! start off with like 5 seconds. Try moving your fridge to about 5 seconds away from your couch or whatever it is you rest your ass on and then get up and walk to the fridge... then after you've done that you get a treat!!! Or everything in your fridge if thats what you want.

        Remember eating healthily will make you fitter but eating unhealthy, greasy foods makes you punch harder and faster!!

          god well if hes tryin ill try 2 help ok i suggest getting a speedbag set up and a good speedbag i suggest the peanut lonsdale speedbag and if u can a floor to ceiling ball/double end bag same thing they dnt reguire good fitness but they improve ur timing and accurace and ova time will build up arm muscle n endurance and u can start of doing sat down try to do sit ups but add a rep each time you do or per week or whatever you really nerly to do press ups even if u can do 1 and build up to 10 then to more ur getting thier try walking not in intevrals like try walking 3miles doesnt matter if it take 5hours and u rest alot keep at it and u will get thier sigh ino u guys gna kill me for this but if need me im here:/

            i seen a guy cling film his **** and doing alot of dips, becnh press and press ups with his boxing routine. He lost his ***** **** before losing his belly. He had arms like donner kebabs but solid pecs. true story.

SERIOUSLY what the **** i tryed to help u evenn tho ur a **** 2 every1 n hw long did tht take u 2 come up wiv eh? n if u do 5dips ill be shocked
