The sweat is not related to the water but could be?
Don't drink gallons it is not necessary and can result in being bloated. 8 glasses is the limit. There is alot of water in food and other drinks too.

I don't think it is related to sweating more. i could be wrong. What i am sure of is that drinking gallons is unecessary and results in bloating when people take it to extremes. You'll find each day you can drink more without pissing. Before you know it your drinking too much. All that dehydration bollocks is overexaggerated. take a 1L sports bottle to gym, it will do.

I don't think they're related. You probably are just a heavy sweater...everyone is different, some sweat more than others. If you sweat a lot even when you're not exercising, you might suffer from hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating disorder). It's a good thing you drink a lot of water because that counteracts the loss of fluid.
