    btw always keep your back foot at a 45 degree angle. when sparring and someone lunges at you you can just put your back foot down and then duck and roll.

      what the hell, since everyone else chimed in, i will throw a few observations.

      one - in shadowboxing vid, i only watched first 35 seconds. your upper body didn't work with your lower body.

      two - on heavybag - your feet shifted a lot on impact.

      btw, that heavybag, are u sure it's heavybag? looked lke an 85 lber my friend has. those are very light.

      anyways, how do u use the speed bag like that?
