Whats my build?
5' 6 1/2" - 198lbs (and lowering.. been training hard past two weeks, down from 210lbs)

The most important thing is that you look healthy and reasonably fit, but you need to decided yourself how you want to look.
If you box, don't worry about putting on muscle, just eat lots of meat and train lots. Your body will develop naturally. When you get to the level of fighting, if you aren't already, then talk to your trainer about your division.
If you just like the look of bigger muscles then browse through this forum because there are heaps of threads about weight gain. I will have to say that you are lucky to have a body that should naturally put muscle on in all the right places, but take your time to think about what you really want. I personally think fitness and skill is more desirable than someone with big arms. I was incredibly embarrassed for a new guy at my gym who had massive biceps but couldn't even shadow box with 1k weights for more than a few minutes.
Oh, and I like your hair. Don't cut it.
