David Haye's been on the floor more times than I can count on one hand from Cruiserweights, man, Cruiserweights. He's doing a bunch of illegal substances no doubt, and hiding it between fights, whatever. Good deal, he's still knocking out paper champs like Maca and claiming he's going to move into the Heavyweight division.

You need to understand, that if a guy is getting dropped by Cruisers, what's going to happen when he fights a guy like Klitschko? How dare he call out Klitschko, Klitschko would have Haye dazed with power jabs ala Foreman-Holyfield, when Foreman landed that solid jab that rocked Holyfield's head back. That's what happens when a Heavyweight who knows how to jab, lands a power jab on a Cruiser. ESPECIALLY a Cruiser who has a non pure boxing style, Haye likes to get in there and land power shots, and his head is going to to just what Holyfield's, or any other Cruiser's head has done when this concept is applied. Their ****ing head turns into a speedbag for a second and jolts back, usually past their other shoulder.. I personally expect Haye to get his ass handed to him by a sub-par heavy, but if he does juice it up and make it to Klitschko, he is going to be handed a serious beating.

now, on a more personal note...

p4p'd probably **** you up, just by judging from what kind of degenerate would post such idiotic ****** comments about beating off on a dumbell, you actually went to a website, got the pic and did all that just to make an ass of yourself...so, I'm guessin you're a ****stick, but ...that's just an instinctual assumption...
o god just another wlad nut hugger! Wlads chin is not even a ****ing chin its a china chin! David haye is much more solid than wlad. O and by the way those russians or eastern europeans are the mother****ers that REALLY abuse drugs just to box. Do you have any proof david haye is roided up? NO EXACTLY SO SHUT THE **** UP! Now do me a favor and take your keyboard and shuv it up your fat ass!

The obvious things I would work on would be your stamina and pace. You went out too quick and didn't pace yourself. Obvious I know, but an important factor in a fight. Also, you need to work on your defense quite a bit. Being your first fight, it was a good showing but you were still getting tagged a bit too much. Your hands seemed too loose and too far apart. Work on keeping a very tight, solid defense. The best way is to imagine your body and head scrunched up into the smallest possible area and then cover that area with your arms held tightly. Elbows in, hands close to your face and the biggest point, your chin tucked down. Your chin was out way too much!

You could have avoided a lot of his punches simply by pulling in your arms and stepping in, not away from him. If your defense was tight a lot of his stuff would have gone around and over you after which you could have popped him a few times and stepped out to regroup then, instead of while he was punching. Think punch and get out, not him punch, you punch, him punch then step back.

So, to put it simply. Try and go for a much tighter defense. Give as little a target as possible to your opponent and whatever is available should not be vulnerable. While working on your defense don't forget about it while you're punching. Keep thinking about everything, apart from your throwing hand, being in a tight little ball at all times. When you're in your tightest defensive posture try to remember to keep that at all times while you're attacking. You open up too much.

The other thing was stamina/endurance. With better stamina, endurance and pacing you would have beaten that guy.

Apart from those, which sound like a lot but they are just fundamentals which not doubt you are already working on, it was a very good showing for your first fight. Keep going, keep training and good luck!

Don't take notice of the douche bags on here. All the midget talk and ego is sad, but that's boxing. Most guys here that can fight well and know their stuff (and there are quite a few) don't talk ****. Well done.
thanks for the feedback and tips

Really nice from you to post your first video, even if you lost. Not a lot of people do so and i encourage you to do so even if you lose a couple more. It requires a lot of balls to show when we lose.

          1) Your gonna have to improve that cardio. That means 3 times a week, a good 45 minute(rough i know). This will help your agility(by agility, i mean foot&torso movement).

2)For your overall stamina, you need to do more high intensity 3 minutes heavy bag sessions. You just need to punch at a high intensity more often, to develop your arm stamina.

3)To help your defense, you need to tighten up. That means chin more tucked in(makes you look like a ****** but that dont matter in the ring). You need to make yourself smaller, keep your elbows next to your ribs&stuck to your sides. You will feel more ''explosive''(see Clottey in his last fight vs Judah, should give you a good idea).

4)As stated up there, just keep working that jab and setting up your right crosses with the jab first.
