      My new diet is DEFINitely helping with my boxing.. my energy is over flowing.. I sparred today,.


      Man yall should go read the other thread... PERFECT tips about eating in it.. " NEWSFLASH It Does work!!" go check it out.. some of the guys left solid gold information.

      SERIOUSLY if you read it and try it you will not.. i gurantee you will not regret it.. its so great once you start the diet.


      But yea.. Sparring went great.. i was bouncing for the first 4 rounds.. dodging easily... not getting tired and went 7 rounds straight.

      Go REAd THE "NEWSFLASH" post... you will not regret it.

        i would think as you step up in competition you should always train harder for your fights. As you step up your competition becomes fitter, quicker and the fights get hard. So with out all the hard sparring to get you to that level i think your chances of performing at your best will lower.

            Well you want to spar a little bit, no more than 2x per week IMO. You don't want to get hit too much......take the gym to the fight, not the fight to the gym
