ok just keep ya hands pressed up against ya cheekbones more and keep ya stance

you have fast hands and a decent punch, if you work hard on the basics you could be decent

Yeah the stance, feet should be same distance apart at all times! This you should learn from your coach. I've shortened my stance a bit because I get more power in shots. Some people in the am's stand like they're fencing!

I'm willing to bet you trained yourself, so the only advice i'd give you that you should actually heed is get to a gym or if one's not near you, study up on punching technique and proper movement and combinations.

He does look a bit DIY, but surely he learned a bit from somewhere else. He is doing well and with coaching will be OK. I was trying to tell him same thing before, he just needs to work on a few of them things.

RJJ is the p4p of our generation and was a natural so could do whatever he wanted. So don't try to be a wannabee! You will only look silly like Shawn. Beginners are better off learning from someone well schooled like B-Hop.

Keep your hands up and elbows in. Elbows in = faster combinations since the weight of your arms is closer to your center of gravity so you can twist your body faster and you don't get ****ing punched in the ribs. PS you can't punch people in the balls.

remake your video with this song:http://music.metafilter.com/2380/Pun...**-****-lyrics

You're leaning forward which isn't bad if it was just your chin being tucked in, however if you're hunching you take away your height and you're easier to hit. Also work on throwing your right hand with as much convincion as your left if not more. Remember that's the punch which most right handed fighters get the most power behind.

Also try to avoid throwing more than two left hand punches in a following sequence, your opponent will catch on of you being wide open and most people don't get enough mustard behind the third or fourth following punch if it's thrown fast.

And time your shots, don't just throw at the heavy bag, you won't take anything away from it. If you time your shots on the bag your time in the ring will be must easier.

                      Switching stances.
                      Raise ya punches.
                      Keep ya hands up.
Twist into your punches to get more power.
Stick the jab rather than pawing at it.
That bag should not move that much. Stick ya shots.
You are wide open for an uppercut.
                      More head movement.
                      Dont reach out for bodyshots.
                      Duck down for body shots.
Take into consideration of all the things P4P said, your hands are fast tough just practice keeping ur hands up more because you dont want to get caught with a uppercut in ur chin, just as fast as you hit do the same to bring em back in and cover.
