The theory of improving one's negative attributes.

I don't know how much I'd improve, but I have a belly, and I think if I had the abdominal and oblique abdominal muscle strength and endurance it would greatly assist me in distributing the weight to the end of my fist as well as reduce my overall bodyweight...Because while I strengthen my core I plan to only work on doing that...Throw a few punches here and there, but 80% of my exercises involve head movement, weaving, side to side, keeping hands up high and tight with elbows in, etc etc.

    To make this movement I make exertions out my nose with every weave, it takes alot of energy to move 280 lbs of fat left and right quickly, it is such an unnatural movement but it, if refined, can turn into something serious if a guy has a better jab and cross than you.

    If any of you know any good ab exercises you'd like to throw my way that would aid what I'm doing here, I would greatly appreciate it. Haters are welcome to talk **** because every thinks whiteboys can't fight. I might be white but I fight like a mexican, giving and taking punches like a robot..Margarito style! ...haha...Head movement and defense is what will come out of this abdominal training, so hopefully we will see some style changes and me develop my hooks more accurately. I am now going outside to push my neighbors ****box metro around the block. After that I'm going to do some wood chopping about an acre back......ill check back in later.
    Dont say **** like that cause it aint right.

    If anyone were to say I'am not tough because I'm white I would fight them not even for insulting me but just for saying something like that... some white people might not be able to fight but that doesnt mean all of them when it comes to actually training to fight race should not be an issue.

      that is the only thing that would explain why you are so weird
