Those things suck too, sorry. My folks had one...we threw it out. What youve eaten, hydration levels and other factors can seriously affect the readings. 1 day I got a 12% reading (6 months ago), 2 days later I had 22%. Those things are ******ed. Maybe there are better ones out there though. Id use it to track changes in % not actual readings.

Bod pods are the way to go Ive heard. Ive never seen one though. Theyre supposed to be pretty damn accurate. You might be able to find one at a big commercial gym.

no one can be at 1.8% body fat surley????

i also thought 3% was the minimum...and look at boxers like david haye.
he was ****ing ripped for the enzo fight and he said on setanta he was at 8% bodyfat.

and amir khan does not have as much definition as haye...i bet it was frank warren who told him to lie...just to make him sound like the fittest boxer on the planet!!

                      TWAT
Probably. They both talk a load of **** anyway like Gomez is world class! No way is he anywhere near 10 never mind 1%. He would be more dfined than Hopkins at 1% and probably dead too.

I know they are not accurate but seriously I don't care! I am more concerned about the reading in lbs which i pretty good on this scale. Only reason why I splashed out on it is for accurate weight reading. As long as I make 178lbs I don't care what fat percentage is. I think it is a load of crap. Even if they were wrong and I was something like 22%, I would not care as long as felt lean and fast and health at 178.
