Broken wrist recovery

well at least keeping your thread at the top of the page!
Anyway about the wrist - did you have problems with it before you broke it? I injured what might be a ligament doing weights months ago on my left wrist. Not much problems punching with it, but if I twist it the wrong way it is really painful, have to be careful throwing left hooks. It around the bone area below the little finger. Is that where yours is injured?
I dont hardly do bicep curls anymore but I cant do them with a straight barbell for example because I need to twist the wrist outwards.
I would see a good physiotherapist to find out ways to strengthen and protect it
for the future.
