LOL Well I really LOVE Saying "I BOX"..So I try to keep winning so I can say I do. lol.. They go hand in hand...If you like to do something.. then your going to want to tell SOMEBODY that you do it.

    1. LOL.... maybe thats me... Yea i like looking cut.. When I work on specifics like jabbing or right hands or footwork... I try doing it my best regardless of the pain so I can look better.. but its actually making me better too... Just so much easier to train for looks.. Its like a laxative (unflavored) and and a Strawberry one.. Both do the same but the second is easier to take. lol... *(who cares!! You got it! didn't you?)*

    2. thats why i do these crazy pull-ups...

oh yea and i really do box.. some fights are around on here.. and youtube.
I like Da1 but the new avi is a bit much

Your coach just things you're too much of a liability in one set position; that's why he puts you in everywhere, but just for enough time as you don't **** things up.

I wouldn't be here if i didn't box but yes i guess there are many that don't box and pretend to know lots of it.. boxing (and kickboxing) is a way of life for me, i do it 4, 5 or six times a week just depends on my mood but i am not telling people at work that i do box. It is my world. I don't tell what i do unless being asked. I do many sports, boxing is just one of them

I ****in hate that one time at school some kid looked in my gym bag and found wrap and gloves and after seeing that the hardass felt obligated to try and seem tougher than me. "He was like I would box but I smoke to much, I should box though cause I know I could tear **** up."

I convinced my principal one time to start a after school thing were a bunch of kids would go up to the boxing club and do a group training, mostly trying for me so I could get their easier but also for all the kids that say they are use to box or would be good at boxing. And whadya know the day we meet in the gym to sign up and give money only me and my 2 best friends show up.

I'm real fat at the moment and can't run much at all. So I mostly just play up front or in goal.

In my prime I was a sweeper.

I've never stepped into a ring with an opponent.

I concentrate on health and fitness for myself. Boxing fitness is definitely a factor for me. My biggest strength is running/jogging. Not so much sprinting but cross-country. I've completed 2 half-marathons in successive years with a harsh training regime.

Strength training is also a strong attribute of mine. Cardio (skipping/running/swimming) are my essentials, with weights being second.

I've sparred many times with my gym friends (amateurs), but it's not something i want to do myself. I'm the first to admit i am not great in sparring, but the fitness aspect is my focul point.

I try to train every muscle in my body, but i don't want to look like a gym freak. I'm only 144lbs at 21 years, with an aim of being around 155lbs. I'm mainly defined than mass muscle (lots of high reps, low weights).

You will not find me saying i box, but i will try to help on fitness if somebody is asking for it whether my advice is worthy or not.

So was I, although I hated it. Always liked running at defenders, regardless of how ****e I was at it.
